As our founding engineer, you'll be at the forefront of building a revolutionary platform to address the global mental health crisis. You'll architect and implement core systems that will transform how millions approach their emotional and spiritual well-being.

• A world-class engineer with a track record of building innovative, full-stack projects from the ground up. You've likely maintained significant open-source projects or built impressive independent applications.
• Deep expertise in backend development with Python, C, and C++, coupled with the ability to rapidly learn new tech.
• A product-driven mindset that complements your technical skills. You can translate user needs into elegant, efficient features that people love.
• The ability to move at warp speed. We design and ship new features daily, and we need someone who thrives in this environment of rapid experimentation.
• A passionate belief in technology's potential to transform mental health. You're driven by the challenge of making emotional and spiritual growth as engaging and effective as learning a new language on Duolingo.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement our core platform, focusing on scalable, efficient systems that can handle real-time interactions and continuous learning from user data.
• Drive end-to-end product development, from ideation to execution, with a focus on creating features that resonate deeply with users.
• Develop and optimize high-performance backend systems using Python, C, and C++, while also contributing to frontend development as needed.
